Asst Prof. MA Jiawei Phoenix
Bio: Phoenix Jiawei MA is a tenure-track Assistant Professor City University of Hong Kong. He obtained his Ph.D. degree at Columbia University in the City of New York, working with Prof. Shih-Fu Chang. He gained internship at FAIR Labs @ Meta AI, Google Research, Amazon Alexa AI (currently AGI Team), and Nokia Bell Labs. His primary research directions are Computer Vision, Multi-Modal, and Statistical Machine Learning.
